About Samantha

London based actress Samantha Joyce originally from Yorkshire, is a versatile actress in both comedy and drama has over ten years professional experience.

Previous work includes performing in the 2008 4 star Edinburgh show Kiddy Fiddler on the Roof as Jean McDonald and playing the lead character in a short film called 'The Weight Watcher' which won an award at the Swansea film festival. Appeared in a film for ITV 'Sister Channels' playing a prostitute chav character called Dawn. Mazda Cars in a comedy commercial 'Megawash' which was voted the best Internet viral.

A short film 'Push' that she appeared in as the mum was nominated for the Polaroid Newcomers Award in the Rushes Soho Shorts Festival which was held in in Central London at the Curzon Soho Cinema, and subsequently went on to be shown at many festivals around the UK.

She has performed in plays all over England, Italy and Germany.

Also a professonally trained soprano singer.
